Earlier this year we announced the official end of the Neon Points Program. The program enjoyed an incredible level of interest with multiple participants taking part in it, and inviting other people to join in as well. We achieved an average of 2.3 TPS for the duration of the program, and reached 4.9K daily active users transacting on Neon.
Now it’s time to reward the most active program participants.
Eligibility criteria
The Neon Points Program enjoyed active interest from multiple ecosystem participants. We were thrilled to see so many engaged interactions with Neon EVM as part of it.
In order to qualify for rewards, participants needed to reach at least 3,213 points in the leaderboard - this was easily achievable by making for example one transaction per day on 146 or more days of the campaign. The maximum number of wallets allowed per user was 11.
To check if you are eligible for the rewards, simply visit the Neon Points Program Rewards Portal, and connect your master wallet. A master wallet is the first wallet you connected to our Points Program page. You need to connect the master wallet to check if you are eligible.

Q: I used multiple wallets to participate in the program, how do I check if I’m eligible?
A: To find our if you qualify for rewards, please check your master wallet. The master wallet is the first wallet you connected to our Points Program page.
Q: I participated with multiple wallets. Where will I get my rewards?
A: You will get the consolidated rewards amount on your master wallet, i.e. the first wallet you connected to the Points Program.
Q: What’s the rewards currency?
A: The rewards will be paid out in $NEON tokens.
Q: Can I claim the rewards without the KYC process?
A: No. Passing KYC is a required condition to claim your rewards.
Q: I am having difficulties passing the KYC, what should I do?
A: Reach our to one of our community managers on the Neon Discord server and ask them to assist you.
Q: Is there a deadline to claim the rewards?
A: Yes, the deadline is 23:59 UTC on August 31, 2025.
Q: The rewards claim portal says I am not eligible for rewards, why is this?
A: There are two possible reasons for this: you are either checking with the wrong wallet address, or you didn’t meet the conditions to qualify for rewards.
